Writing agendas, plans, and updates

We meet again! I know you're all dying to know what's happening around here. "Is he writing? Is his book available yet? Is he running for Governor of Rhode Island?" All valid questions. I don't live anywhere near R.I. and have no experience, political knowledge, or ability to enter politics (so maybe I should run for President, instead...), so no, I'm not running for Governor of any state. My collection of short stories, Holes In The Somewhere, is right on schedule. Cover design begins on September 1st, and all of the writing and editing is complete. Am I writing anything new? I'll be honest; I'm trying. I have 2 ideas floating around in my head, taking shape. I'm just having a hard time transitioning back from editing and publishing, and web designing, to writing. Yet, here I am. Writing to you. See how much I care about you? How about this? I'll give you a teaser about the two stories that are about to spill out on to my computer screen in MS Word, and then I'll go write them. You, in turn, will like this post, comment on how excited you are for the book and the new stories, and go back to your Wordle and coffee. Deal? Story #1 - A man discovers a method to teleport...but there are some caveats...and he's not the nicest of guys. Trouble ensues. Story #2 - A man's new relationship is troubled when his ex-wife suddenly dies. Okay. You know what to do now...
